Delete your Circles account

Circles is the optional community feature in the Revival Harmony app. If you created a Circles account and want it removed, you can do it yourself in the app, or ask us to do it for you.

In the app

1. Open the app and tap Circles.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete community account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. If you host a circle, transfer it to another member or close it first; the app will remind you.

By email

If you no longer have the app, or you would rather we did it, email harmony@revival.ie from the address you registered with, with the subject line "Delete my Circles account". We will confirm once it is done, normally within a few days and always within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your email address and display name.
• Your memberships in every circle.
• Every PDF and image you uploaded.
• Your hearts, event responses, reports and blocks.

Posts you wrote stay in the circles they were shared in, shown as "Deleted member", so the conversations still make sense to the people who were part of them. Copies that other members downloaded cannot be recalled.

What is not affected

Everything else in the app (your favourites, Journal, check-ins and voice recordings) lives only on your phone and was never sent to us. Deleting your Circles account leaves it in place; deleting the app removes it.
