Sound Healing
Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound vibrations & frequencies to promote healing, relaxation, and well-being. It is based on the idea that everything in the universe, including ourselves, has a natural frequency and resonance. When we are in harmony with our own frequency, we experience health and happiness. When we are out of tune, we experience stress, illness, and disharmony.
At Revival Harmony, we provide comfortable airbeds for all guests. You’re welcome to bring a blanket and pillow, but if you don’t have them, we have spare blankets, neck pillows, and eye masks available. Just wear something warm and cozy so you can fully relax, and don’t forget to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
- Drink water and stay hydrated
- Wear comfortable clothes
- You can bring your own pillow and blanket
- Avoid coffee or heavy meals before the session
- Arrive a little early to settle in
Not at all. Sound baths are for everyone, whether it’s your first time or you’ve done it before. Just bring an open mind.
Yes, and that’s totally okay! Falling asleep is common and your body will still receive the benefits of the sound frequencies.
Sound healing is generally safe for most people, but there are a few important exceptions. It’s not recommended during the first 3 months of pregnancy or in cases of high-risk pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please let Éanna know a few days before the session so we can accommodate you safely.
Unfortunately, soundbaths are not suitable for those with epilepsy due to the potential for sensory overstimulation.
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all bookings. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, your credits will be taken. This is because places are limited and, with short notice, it’s not always possible to offer the spot to someone else.
If you are in your first trimester, or if your pregnancy is considered high-risk, we recommend not attending a sound bath. We always advise checking with your doctor before joining any session during pregnancy. If you are pregnant and planning to attend, please let Éanna know a few days in advance so we can ensure the experience is safe and comfortable for you.
