Where are you based?
Revival Harmony is based at Unit A13, Loughmore Centre, Raheen, Limerick, V94 NX36, Ireland, with parking available in the centre car park. Get directions on Google Maps.
What is sound healing?
Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound vibrations and frequencies to promote healing, relaxation and wellbeing. It is based on the idea that everything in the universe, including ourselves, has a natural frequency and resonance. When we are in harmony with our own frequency, we experience health and happiness. When we are out of tune, we experience stress, illness and disharmony.
What should I bring to a session?
At Revival Harmony we provide comfortable airbeds for all guests. You are welcome to bring your own blanket and pillow, but if you do not have them we have spare blankets, neck pillows and eye masks available. Just wear something warm and cosy so you can fully relax, and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
How do I prepare?
- Drink water and stay hydrated
- Wear comfortable clothes
- You can bring your own pillow and blanket
- Avoid coffee or heavy meals before the session
- Arrive a little early to settle in
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Sound baths are for everyone, whether it is your first time or you have done it before. Just bring an open mind.
Can I fall asleep during a sound bath?
Yes, and that is totally okay. Falling asleep is common, and your body will still receive the benefits of the sound frequencies.
Is sound healing safe for everyone?
Sound healing is generally safe for most people, but there are a few important exceptions. It is not recommended during the first 3 months of pregnancy or in cases of high risk pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please let Éanna know a few days before the session so we can accommodate you safely.
Unfortunately, sound baths are not suitable for those with epilepsy due to the potential for sensory overstimulation.
Can I come if I am pregnant?
If you are in your first trimester, or if your pregnancy is considered high risk, we recommend not attending a sound bath. We always advise checking with your doctor before joining any session during pregnancy. If you are pregnant and planning to attend, please let Éanna know a few days in advance so we can ensure the experience is safe and comfortable for you.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for all bookings. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, your credits will be taken. This is because places are limited and, with short notice, it is not always possible to offer the spot to someone else.
Can I book a private session?
If you would like to book a private group or one to one sound session, please contact us using the form below or give us a call. When reaching out, let us know your preferred times, group size if applicable, and at least two possible dates that suit you. We will review your request and get back to you with availability.
