Gong Bath

Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing 2hr journey of sound healing. This session includes a guided meditation to help you settle in, followed by a 90-Minute gong bath featuring the powerful vibrations of multiple gongs, including the 60-inch gong. This immersive experience features a variety of gongs, including symphonic, hand-played, and a 34-inch gong, each adding unique layers of sound to enhance your journey. Conclude with a grounding meditation to leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and at peace. Perfect for relaxation, emotional release, and inner harmony. Limited to 8 places.

Sessions
It’s a deeply immersive experience using sound as a way to restore natural balance & harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
During a session, you lie down comfortably and listen to instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes (and others) whose vibrations help induce deep relaxation, meditative states, and healing.
You may experience physical sensations, emotional release, or spiritual insights during a soundbath. These are normal parts of the process.
Cacao & Sound is a deeper journey than our Soundbath of Harmony. We start with cacao and a guided meditation, helping to gently open the heart and set intentions. From there, we guide you into a powerful sound experience with a greater range of instruments, especially gongs and drums, alongside crystal bowls and chimes and others instruments.
This 2-hour session goes further than a traditional soundbath, creating space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and a full energetic reset.
Our Charity Soundbath is a special community event where 100% of all proceeds are donated to a chosen charity. Guests enjoy a deeply relaxing 90-minute sound journey with Éanna, featuring crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and more.
You can donate what you feel comfortable with on the day. As a thank-you, anyone who donates €50 or more receives a complimentary Float Therapy voucher from Revival Float Rooms (worth €69).
It’s our way of giving back, creating healing experiences for you, while supporting important causes in our community.
Sound healing is generally safe for most people, but there are a few important exceptions. It’s not recommended during the first 3 months of pregnancy or in cases of high-risk pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please let Éanna know a few days before the session so we can accommodate you safely.
Unfortunately, soundbaths are not suitable for those with epilepsy due to the potential for sensory overstimulation.
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for regular soundbath bookings. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, your credits will be taken. This is because places are limited and, with short notice, it’s not always possible to offer the spot to someone else.
