Four days and three nights in Hollyford, Co. Tipperary, Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 October: the full diploma training in one block, with accommodation, food, a drum birthing workshop and every session included. €200 off for Level 1 graduates.

New to sound baths?
A sound bath is deep rest, not a performance. Many people tell us they drift somewhere between sleeping and waking, and walk out feeling lighter than they came in. Here is how your session goes.
Come a few minutes early, pick your spot and get comfortable on an airbed with a blanket. Everything is provided, even neck pillows and eye masks.
A short guided relaxation helps your body soften and your mind slow down before a single note is played.
Gongs, crystal bowls, drums and chimes wash over you in waves. There is nothing to do and no right way to feel.
You are eased back slowly, given a moment to stretch and land, and you head home rested, clear headed and calm.

We run regular €50 charity sound baths with Éanna, and 100% of all proceeds go to a chosen charity. A relaxing 90-minute sound bath with the deep, soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and more to calm your mind, ease stress, and restore balance. As a thank-you for donating €50 or more, you will receive a one-hour float voucher for Revival Float Rooms (worth €69).
