Refund and Returns Policy
You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email harmony@revival.ie with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Custom, personalised, or used items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
VAT, duties, and import charges
• Orders delivered within Ireland include Irish VAT.
• For deliveries outside Ireland, VAT is charged where applicable based on your delivery country and the rules in that country.
• For deliveries outside the EU, including the UK, your order is sold without Irish VAT and you may be charged import VAT, duties (if applicable), and a courier handling fee in the destination country before delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and the courier, and are not controlled by us.

Parcels refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges
If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed at a courier depot, or returned to us because customs charges were not paid, we will do our best to help. Please note that any refund issued in this situation may be reduced by:
- the original shipping cost
- the return shipping cost charged to us by the courier
- any courier handling or storage fees
- any other fees we incur as a result
We cover this cost once from our side as a courtesy where we can, but repeat returns or high-fee destinations may mean the refund is partial rather than full. If this affects your order, we will always explain the breakdown before issuing the refund.
