At Revival Harmony & Revival Float Rooms, we believe that when we give to others, we receive it back in powerful ways. That’s why part of our mission is to support charities through our sound baths and community events.

How Our Charity Soundbaths Began?
Our charity journey started in December 2024, when Éanna was reflecting on how we could give back during the season of Christmas and New Year, a time when many of us pause to ask, “What have we done, and how can we be better?”
That month, we committed to supporting one charity per week. We shared a video on Instagram asking our community to help us choose charities, and the response was incredible, so many thoughtful suggestions came in. In total, We donated €500 each to three different charities, and for the final week we decided to split the support, giving €400 each to two more charities.
The experience was so meaningful that we decided not to limit our giving to the holiday season. We began hosting €50 charity soundbaths per person, with all proceeds supporting the chosen cause. We still wanted to do more. That’s when we introduced a special initiative: each person attending receives a float session at Revival Float Rooms (valued at €69) as a way of giving back to them as well.
Since then, our charity soundbaths have grown into an ongoing way to combine the healing power of sound with the spirit of community and generosity.

Haven Hub
Haven Hub is a volunteer-led mental health charity based in Limerick and Ennis that offers free, compassionate support to anyone facing emotional distress, anxiety, or crisis. They provide safe peer-led crisis cafes, one-to-one support, wellness programs, and evidence-based mental health training, all at no cost, to help people feel heard, understood and supported when they need it most.

Care Bright
CareBright is a non-profit community care organisation based in Limerick that supports older people, people with disabilities, and those living with dementia to live with dignity and independence. They provide personalised homecare services tailored to individual needs, specialised dementia support, and Ireland’s first purpose-built community designed to enhance quality of life.

Cliona's Foundation
Cliona’s Foundation provides financial assistance directly to parents of children with life-limiting or chronic complex care needs across Ireland. Their support covers the hidden, non-medical costs of care such as food, rent, utility bills, transport, and accommodation, expenses that can quickly become overwhelming for families.

Treaty Suicide Prevention
Limerick Treaty Suicide Prevention is a volunteer organisation founded in 2018. Their mission is to patrol bridges and riverbanks in Limerick City during the night, offering support to anyone who is distressed or may be contemplating suicide.

BlueBox
Blue Box is a Limerick-based charity that provides creative arts therapies such as play, art, music, and drama to vulnerable children and young people. Their work focuses on supporting families facing trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges, helping children heal and grow through creativity.

Limerick Suicide Watch is a voluntary group that patrols the bridges and riversides of Limerick City, offering support to individuals in distress. Their work is rooted in raising awareness of suicide, promoting positive mental health, and being there for someone who needs to talk.

Rape crisis midwest
Rape Crisis Ireland is a leading organisation that provides support, counselling, legal advice, and advocacy for survivors of sexual violence. They run a 24-hour helpline, accompany survivors in crisis, and work for improved access to justice and better supports across the country.

Circle of friends
Circle of Friends is a volunteer-run cancer support centre serving Tipperary town and surrounding areas. They offer emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual support to people affected by cancer, including counselling, peer & group support, complementary therapies, education, and practical assistance

Children’s Grief Centre
The Children’s Grief Centre supports school-aged children and young people in Mid-West Ireland who are living with grief. Whether due to death, separation, or divorce, they provide a safe, compassionate space for children aged 4-18 to express their feelings, learn they’re not alone, and begin to heal. ALL their services are free of charge.

Jigsaw
Jigsaw Limerick is a free, non-judgemental and confidential mental health support service for young people aged 12-25 who live, work, or study in Limerick City and County. They offer guidance and support for young people during difficult or distressing times, and also provide advice for parents or others concerned about a young person in their life.
