What we teach
Start with a single day or a weekend, or go all the way to a professional qualification. Every course is taught in small groups by Éanna at the studio in Raheen, with every instrument provided.
Three two day weekends at the studio, taken at your own pace, from complete beginner to certified sound practitioner. Start with Level 1, a complete experience in its own right, with no obligation to continue.
The full diploma training in one block: four days and three nights in the Tipperary countryside, with accommodation, food, every session and a drum birthing workshop included.
A weekend of sound, silence and rest, not training. Sound in every session and a full day of silence on the Saturday, with good food and a sauna.
A full day with the gong: safe playing technique, volume control, pacing, and how to shape a complete session. Open to everyone, whether you are new to the gong or already use one in your own sessions.
Two self paced online courses, one for beginners and one for diploma students. Watch on any device, whenever suits you.
Nearly five hours of filmed lessons across 21 lessons, and a tour of more than twenty instruments. The €97 comes off Level 1 if you book within 12 months.

Every course, workshop and retreat with a date, in order. Each card books that date. Sound baths and cacao evenings live on the sound bath schedule.
Level 2 of the Practitioner Diploma in Sound Medicine, Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October, 10am to 6pm. For students who have completed Level 1. Hold your place with a €249 deposit. to book the full €499 give us a call.
Four days and three nights in Hollyford, Co. Tipperary, Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 October: the full diploma training in one block, with accommodation, food, a drum birthing workshop and every session included. €200 off for Level 1 graduates.
Level 3 of the Practitioner Diploma in Sound Medicine, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November, 10am to 6pm. For students who have completed Level 2. Book the full €499 or hold your place with a €249 deposit.
Level 3 of the Practitioner Diploma in Sound Medicine, Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November, 10am to 6pm. For students who have completed Level 2. Book the full €499 or hold your place with a €249 deposit.
Two days of hands-on sound healing training at the studio in Limerick, Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December, 10am to 6pm. No experience needed and every instrument is provided. Pay a €249 deposit now and the balance before the weekend.
Level 2 of the Practitioner Diploma in Sound Medicine, Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 January 2027, 10am to 6pm. For students who have completed Level 1. Book the full €499 or hold your place with a €249 deposit.
Level 3 of the Practitioner Diploma in Sound Medicine, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 March 2027, 10am to 6pm. For students who have completed Level 2. Book the full €499 or hold your place with a €249 deposit.
Good to know
No. Level 1 and Gong Foundations are built for complete beginners, and the Sound and Silence Retreat asks only that you can lie down and rest. Level 2 needs Level 1, and Level 3 needs Level 2.
Yes. Each level runs several times a year. Take them back to back or leave months between. If a date stops suiting you, you join the next date for that level, subject to availability.
The Practitioner Diploma in Sound Medicine is accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
For the diploma certificate, yes. Take our online course for €129, or use a recognised qualification you already hold. You can start it after Level 1.
