What the day is

Play with confidence by the end of the day

Spend a full day getting hands on with the gong. The day is open to everyone, whether you are curious and new to it, or you already use the gong in your own sessions, yoga classes or wellbeing work. By the end of the day you play with confidence and know how to structure a gong session from start to finish.

All gongs and mallets are provided, so there is nothing to bring. 10am to 6pm at the studio in Raheen, Limerick, seven hours of CPD. €275, with a €125 deposit to secure your place and the balance on the day.

Questions people ask about the day

Do I need my own gong?

No. Every gong and mallet is provided. If you are thinking of buying one, the day is a good way to hear a range side by side first.

Is it for beginners?

Yes. No experience is needed. People who already use a gong come too, to tighten their technique.

What does it cost?

€275 for the day. A €125 deposit secures your place and the balance is paid on the day.
