Five days in sound and nature
Spend five days and four nights in a collection of wooden cabins set in the Tipperary countryside, from Wednesday evening to Sunday lunchtime, with accommodation included. Choose a private room or a shared room. This is a structured practitioners' retreat in a peaceful natural setting, a chance to step away from everyday life and immerse yourself fully in sound.
The days move gently between sound sessions, rest and time outdoors. You experience deep sound work, learn alongside a small group, and let the quiet of nature do its part. All instruments are provided.
The group is kept to six on purpose. A small group keeps the week intimate, and it means everyone gets proper time on the instruments and proper attention while they learn.
The retreat stands alone and is open to everyone. Come simply to rest and experience deep sound work, or use it as your way into practitioner training. Sound medicine practitioners, complete beginners, and anyone working towards a practitioner certificate are all welcome.
For those who wish to qualify, the retreat is one of the two routes to the Practitioner Diploma in Sound Medicine. We recommend Level 1 first, but it is not required, so you can start here even if you are coming from overseas. After the retreat you complete the online modules and your case studies in your own time, then earn your certification. The online modules are included in the price. Students who have completed Level 1 with us get €200 off the retreat.
