Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Estimated delivery times:
• Ireland: 2–5 working days after dispatch
• EU: 5–10 working days
• International: 10–15 working days
We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving delivery.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Bookings for sound baths, workshops, and private sessions are managed through an external booking system. Klarna is not available for these services and is only offered for product purchases made through our Shopify store.
