We ship within Ireland and internationally using trusted courier partners. All orders are processed and dispatched from our studio in Limerick.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please note that large instruments may require extra handling time. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us at harmony@revival.ie before completing your purchase so we can confirm estimated dispatch and delivery dates.
Estimated Delivery Times

Within Ireland: 2-3 working days after dispatch

EU: 5–10 working days after dispatch

International: 10–15 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, or courier delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
VAT, duties, and import charges
• Orders delivered within Ireland include Irish VAT.
• For deliveries outside Ireland, VAT is charged where applicable based on your delivery country and the rules in that country.
• For deliveries outside the EU, including the UK, your order may be sold without Irish VAT and you may be charged import VAT, duties (if applicable), and a courier handling fee in the destination country before delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and the courier, and are not controlled by us.

International orders — customs, duties and VAT
Orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country's customs authority and the courier, not by Revival Harmony. We have no control over these fees and we cannot tell you the exact amount in advance.
The customer is responsible for paying any such charges before the parcel can be released. Please check your own country's rules on importing goods from Ireland if you are unsure what to expect.
