My work with sound is rooted in years of experience, study, and hands-on practice. I began in music production, exploring how sound and frequency influence the mind and body, which gradually led me toward therapeutic sound. Today, I guide sound healing sessions, workshops, and training, creating space for deep rest, balance, and reconnection. You can read more below.

Charity Soundbaths
We host Charity Soundbaths where all proceeds go directly to a chosen local charity. Each session is €50 per person, and as a thank you, participants receive a 1-hour float voucher (worth €69). We focus on supporting smaller charities across Limerick and the wider areas that work in mental health and holistic wellbeing.
