New to sound baths?
A sound bath is deep rest, not a performance. Many people tell us they drift somewhere between sleeping and waking, and walk out feeling lighter than they came in. Here is how your session goes.
Come a few minutes early, pick your spot and get comfortable on an airbed with a blanket. Everything is provided, even neck pillows and eye masks.
A short guided relaxation helps your body soften and your mind slow down before a single note is played.
Gongs, crystal bowls, drums and chimes wash over you in waves. There is nothing to do and no right way to feel.
You are eased back slowly, given a moment to stretch and land, and you head home rested, clear headed and calm.

Meet Éanna
Éanna's path started in music production and radio around 2010, experimenting with frequencies to help his own anxiety and sleep. Years of study, retreats and hands on practice later, he holds a Diploma in Sound Medicine with training in shamanic practice and gong mastery.
In 2021 he opened Revival Float Rooms in Limerick. Revival Harmony followed as its sister studio, built around one idea:
"Sound medicine should be accessible to everyone. It bridges science and spirituality, and it can reach places words cannot."
Today Éanna guides every sound bath, teaches every course and personally picks every instrument in the shop, including the 150cm gong you will hear at our weekly sound baths.

We run regular €50 charity sound baths where every cent goes directly to a chosen local charity, with a focus on smaller Limerick organisations working in mental health and wellbeing. Since December 2024 they have raised more than €6,000 for ten local causes. Come along, and as a thank you, you will receive a float session at Revival Float Rooms worth €69.

A sound bath is a deep rest session. You lie down on a comfortable airbed while gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums and chimes are played around you in gentle waves. There is nothing to do and no experience needed. Many people tell us they drift somewhere between sleeping and waking, and leave feeling calm and clear headed.
We hold sound baths every week at the studio in Raheen, Limerick. Days and times change from week to week, so check the sound bath schedule, or call us on 061 424 765 for the latest schedule.
Just yourself, in comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. We provide comfortable airbeds for every guest, with spare blankets, neck pillows and eye masks available. Arrive a little early, as doors close 5 minutes after the start time so the room stays quiet for everyone.
Sound baths are gentle, but they are not recommended in the first three months of pregnancy or in cases of high risk pregnancy, and they are not suitable for people with epilepsy because of the potential for sensory overstimulation. If you are pregnant, let Éanna know a few days before your session. Not sure? Call us and we will advise you .
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for all bookings. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non refundable.
