Practitioner Diploma in Sound Medicine – Sound Healing Course Ireland

How it works
Step 2 - Diploma weekends
Ready for more? Join a cohort for Weekend 2 and Weekend 3, booked together as one block. Practitioner skills, client care, session structure and real client experience. 2 × €499.
Step 3 - Certification
Complete Anatomy & Physiology (with us for €129, or use a qualification you already hold) and six case-study sessions, and an online exam. Receive your IPHM-accredited Practitioner Diploma.

Steps 2 & 3 - Diploma cohort (2 × €499)
Weekend 2 and Weekend 3 are booked together as one block. Choose your cohort:
Oct/Nov 2026: Weekend 2 - 3rd & 4th October. Weekend 3 - 14th & 15th November.
Jan/Mar 2027: Weekend 2 - 30th & 31st January. Weekend 3 - 6th & 7th March.
New cohorts open through the year. If these dates do not suit, you can simply step into the next one.
Fees and what's included
- Foundation Weekend: €549, paid in full or call 061-424765 to book with a €249 Deposit.
- The two diploma weekends: two instalments of €499 (the first secures your cohort place, the balance is due one month later).
- Full course: €1,547 in three instalments €549 & 2x €499, or €1,500 if you pay upfront (save €47).
Anatomy & Physiology is required for the full diploma. You can take our online course for €129, or use a recognised A&P qualification you already hold. Sound Healing Basics, your short online primer, is included free and sent to you a month before the Foundation Weekend.

Finance
We understand that paying a large amount all at once isn’t always easy, especially with the financial pressures many people are facing. As a wellness business, our aim is to support people in a practical way as well as through the course itself. You can secure your place on the course weekend with a deposit of €249, and we can then arrange a payment plan for the remaining balance, provided it is paid before the weekend begins. Alongside the student instrument instalment option , this gives you more flexibility and makes it easier to plan your payments without having to cover everything in one lump sum.

The details
- Weekend 2 and Weekend 3 are booked together as one continued diploma training block.
- When you choose your Weekend 2 date, you are also choosing the matching Weekend 3 date. These dates cannot be separated, swapped or changed after booking.
- Please check both dates carefully before securing your place.
- The time between Weekend 2 and Weekend 3 is used for practice, case studies, Anatomy & Physiology and preparation for the final assessment.
Anatomy & Physiology is required for the full diploma.
- If you already have a recognised Anatomy & Physiology certificate, you do not need to complete this again. We may ask you to send us a copy of your certificate.
- If you have never completed Anatomy & Physiology before, you can complete our online course: Anatomy & Physiology for On-Body Sound Work (€129).
- It is designed for students who are new to Anatomy & Physiology and want to understand the body in relation to sound, vibration and on-body sound work.
- You can begin it after your Foundation Weekend. It must be completed before receiving the full diploma certificate (Weekend 3).
Case studies are an important part of becoming a confident practitioner. After Weekend 2, you begin working with practice clients.
The requirement is:
- 3 case study clients
- 2 sessions per client
- 6 sessions in total
- Short reflection forms submitted for each session
We recommend completing your case studies before Weekend 3. If they are not complete, you may still attend the weekend, but your diploma certificate is issued once all case studies and requirements are complete.
