# Terms of Use Last updated: 8 May 2026 These terms describe what you agree to by using the Revival Harmony app. They are written to be readable rather than legal-formal. The plain-English meaning is what we mean. ## What this app is Revival Harmony is a sound healing and meditation tool. It plays frequencies, binaural beats, ambient layers, breathing patterns, and guided practice designed to support calm, focus, sleep, and personal reflection. It is offered for your personal, non-commercial use. ## What this app is not Revival Harmony is **not a medical device, not a clinical treatment, and not a substitute for professional care**. The frequencies and practices in the app are supportive aids for self-care, not therapy or diagnosis. If you are dealing with a physical or mental health concern, please speak with a qualified practitioner. If you have a condition that may be sensitive to audio stimuli (for example a seizure disorder, or a hearing condition), please consider that before using the app and consult your healthcare provider. ## Listen safely The app can produce continuous tones, binaural beats, and ambient audio at volumes you control. Please listen at a comfortable level. Prolonged exposure to high volumes can damage hearing. If something feels uncomfortable, lower the volume or end the session. If you use binaural beats, headphones are required for the effect. If you find binaural audio unpleasant or it produces dizziness, fatigue, or any other unusual sensation, stop and switch to the standard tone option instead. ## Sleep mode and screen brightness Sleep mode keeps your device's screen on at a brightness you choose. While that mode is active, your phone will not auto-lock. Please be mindful of battery use and the heat your device may produce while running for long periods. Place the device on a stable surface where it will not fall. ## Your content The Journal in the app is yours. We never see what you write there because it never leaves your device. If you uninstall the app, your Journal is deleted along with it. ## Our content The audio recordings, frequency presets, written meditations, copy, design, illustrations, and brand of Revival Harmony are the intellectual property of Éanna Healy and Revival Harmony. You are welcome to listen, breathe, journal, and share the experience of using the app, but please do not extract the audio or copy app content for redistribution. If you would like to license content for a class, retreat, workshop, or other professional setting, please get in touch at the address below. ## Availability We aim to keep the app working well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, free of bugs, or compatible with every iOS version. We update the app from time to time. Some updates may add, change, or remove features. ## Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Revival Harmony is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or claim arising from your use of the app, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Use the app as one supportive tool among many in your wellbeing practice. ## Changes to these terms If we change these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version at this URL. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
