Make your own shamanic drum and beater with Duane and Vanessa from Spirit Drums of the North, at the studio in Raheen. Lunch and refreshments are included. Safe playing technique, volume control, pacing, different gongs and mallets, and practical ways to work with the gong. New to sound baths?
Nothing to do. Nowhere to be. Just listen.
A sound bath is deep rest, not a performance. Many people tell us they drift somewhere between sleeping and waking, and walk out feeling lighter than they came in. Here is how your session goes.

Arrive and settle
Come a few minutes early, pick your spot and get comfortable on an airbed with a blanket. Everything is provided, even neck pillows and eye masks.

Breathe out
A short guided relaxation helps your body soften and your mind slow down before a single note is played.

The sound journey
Gongs, crystal bowls, drums and chimes wash over you in waves. There is nothing to do and no right way to feel.

Come back gently
You are eased back slowly, given a moment to stretch and land, and you head home rested, clear headed and calm.

Charity sound baths
We run regular €50 charity sound baths with Éanna, and 100% of all proceeds go to a chosen charity. A relaxing 90-minute sound bath with the deep, soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and more to calm your mind, ease stress, and restore balance. As a thank-you for donating €50 or more, you will receive a one-hour float voucher for Revival Float Rooms (worth €69).
