Who it's for
This course is for anyone with an interest in sound. You might be completely new and simply curious about sound healing, meditation, and vibration. Or you may already work with sound and want to discover new instruments, approaches, and perspectives. No musical experience or instruments are required, just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
A note from Éanna
My relationship with sound began long before I ever heard the term "sound healing". I studied Music Production and Radio, but even before that I found myself experimenting with sound and frequencies to help calm my anxiety, slow down my mind, improve my sleep, and simply feel better.
Over the years, that personal interest grew into a lifelong path of learning. I've trained in sound medicine, gong mastery, shamanic and advanced shamanic practice, and I continue to study, teach, and hold courses and sound experiences. What I share in this course comes not only from training, but from years of personal exploration and practice.
I hope this course gives you new ideas, new experiences, and perhaps a deeper appreciation for the many ways sound can support and enrich our lives.
