Smooth and mellow, this 19 inch handheld gong is tuned to A#2, around 117 Hz. The tone is soft and sustained, wrapping the room in gentle vibration rather than crashing over it.

Lightweight and easy to play: move it, swing it or spin it and the sound moves with you. A kind first gong for a beginner, and a calm voice in any sound healing set.
