A grounding 19 inch handheld gong tuned to C3, around 133 Hz. The tone is balanced and steady, an anchor of stillness in a busy day or a busy sound bath.

Light enough to move, swing or spin while it rings, which opens up beautiful variations in the sound. A friendly first gong, and a solid addition to a sound healer's set.
