The Meinl Planetary Chakra Tuning Fork Set brings together seven precision-tuned forks, each one mapped to a chakra and a planetary frequency. Made by Sonic Energy (Roland Meinl), the set arrives on a wooden display stand so you can keep it organised between sessions.
Each fork carries a specific tone derived from astronomical cycles, calculated by Hans Cousto's pioneering work on natural frequencies. Strike a fork on a tuning block, then bring it close to the body or place it on the matching chakra point to introduce that vibration into your practice.

How to use
Hold the fork by its handle, strike the weighted end gently against a rubber tuning block, then move it slowly through the energy field around the body or rest the handle on a meaningful body point. Work through the forks in sequence for a full chakra balance, or focus on one or two for targeted work.
