Seven precision-tuned forks, each traditionally mapped to a chakra and carrying a planetary frequency calculated from Hans Cousto's pioneering work on natural frequencies and astronomical cycles. Made by Sonic Energy (Roland Meinl), the set arrives on a wooden display stand so everything stays organised between sessions.
Hold a fork by its handle, strike the weighted end gently on a rubber tuning block, then move it slowly through the space around the body or rest the handle on the matching point. Work through the forks in sequence, or focus on one or two at a time.
