How It Works

It’s simple physics.
Sound (or more precisely, vibration) travels more effectively through solid materials than through air. When the metal gong vibrates, its deep, resonant frequencies travel from the gong, through the dense rope string, and directly into your ears. The result? Clear, grounding sound you can truly feel.

How to Play

1. Place the string loops comfortably around your fingers.

2. Lean your upper body slightly forward so the gong can hang freely without touching anything.

3. Tap or strike the Pocket Gong against any object,  walls, tables, door frames, crystal bowls, or even your hand. Explore different surfaces and enjoy how each one changes the tone and vibration.
